What information do we collect?

We collect information from you if you register on our site, place an order directly with us subscribe to our newsletter/notifications, or fill out a form. You may be asked to enter your name, e‐mail address or mailing address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

  • To send periodic emails or notifications. Any email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We do offer Australia wide shipping.

What are your conditions of sale?

If you have simply changed your mind about your James Thredgold Jeweller order, we may, at our discretion, accept items for exchange or credit note if returned under the same conditions. If the original sales receipt is not available, (for example, because you received the product as a gift or the original receipt is lost by you), we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange only so long as the item is returned in its original condition and with all original packaging.
