Fashion and jewellery have always shared a natural connection, but few editorials capture that relationship as beautifully as Petal Shift in the May 2026 issue of SALIFE.
Styled and directed by Emma Riemersma, photographed by Weronika Mamot, with hair and makeup by Aleksandra Pinneri, the editorial explored elevated florals, luxurious textures and romantic silhouettes. Against a backdrop of soft blooms and dramatic fashion, Roberto Coin's distinctive designs brought colour, craftsmanship and personality to every look.
At the heart of the story was a celebration of nature-inspired design — a theme that has long been synonymous with Roberto Coin.
Jewellery Inspired by Nature
Florals have been a recurring source of inspiration throughout jewellery history, and Roberto Coin continues to reinterpret these timeless motifs through contemporary Italian craftsmanship.
Featured throughout the editorial were pieces from two of the brand's most recognisable collections: Venetian Princess and Arabesque.
The delicate geometry of Arabesque Flower echoed the shapes found throughout the fashion story, while the bold colours and intricate details of Venetian Princess introduced a sense of depth and individuality.
Roberto Coin Arabesque Flower
Elegant and unmistakably feminine, the Arabesque Flower collection draws inspiration from the ornate architecture and decorative patterns of Venice.
The featured Arabesque Flower ring combines sculptural goldwork with brilliant diamonds, creating a design that feels both contemporary and timeless. Worn against soft lace and romantic textures, it became a subtle focal point throughout the editorial.
Its open floral silhouette captures the collection's signature balance of lightness, sophistication and craftsmanship.
Roberto Coin Venetian Princess
The Venetian Princess collection celebrates colour, texture and artistry.
For this editorial, pieces featuring rich rhodonite and vibrant purple titanium created striking contrasts against both delicate florals and dramatic fashion silhouettes.
The collection's distinctive flower motif appears throughout the earrings, rings and pendants, while Roberto Coin's signature hidden ruby remains discreetly nestled within each design — a symbol of prosperity, happiness and good fortune.

Together, these pieces brought an unexpected modernity to the editorial while maintaining the elegance for which Roberto Coin is renowned.

Italian Craftsmanship, Contemporary Expression
What makes Roberto Coin jewellery so captivating is its ability to bridge tradition and innovation.
Each piece begins in Italy, where generations of craftsmanship are combined with contemporary design and exceptional attention to detail. The result is jewellery that feels luxurious yet wearable, expressive yet enduring.
In Petal Shift, these qualities were on full display — jewellery that complemented the fashion without competing with it, adding depth, colour and personality to every image.
